Previous Frigidaire Microwave OTR lasted 16 years, so that y I bought same product .But I do find this 3 Speed Fan louder than my previous 2 Speed Fan

So far so good, replaced a 10 year old other brand that had just died. For the same interior volume, this new one has less height and less depth, so gives us an inch or so more space which makes it feel less intrusive. Also much quieter than our old one too, both for the microwave and the fan. Clean lines, so far really happy with it.

Overall I like the microwave, but there are a few things that stop me from rating it higher:_x000D_ 1) The door feels flimsy and cheap compared to other microwaves, especially in this price range._x000D_ 2) The timer function is unintuitive and annoying. It goes against the typical pattern on every other microwave I’ve used._x000D_ 3) The top mounting nuts are poorly connected to the microwave and one fell out while mounting. I was able to get it back out and re-mounted, but it should be designed better.

Had issues out of the box and called warranty it has now been 3 weeks and still waiting. They say they will call you back in 24 hours but do not hear from them, and instead of replacing the unit they are trying to repair multiple pieces.

I bought this a month ago. While it used the same bracket as my last frigidaire microwave, the microwave itself doesn't work. Half the control panel just doesn't respond. Instead of simply replacing the microwave as it was brand new, Frigidaire and the company I bought the microwave from decided to send a technician to identify that in fact, the control panel doesn't work. The technician then told me he would have to order a new control panel which would take about two weeks, and I haven't heard from him since (that was a week ago, so I assume they ordered the parts). So that's a month without a microwave, after waiting a month for it to come in. Hopefully when/if it's fixed I can update the review to reflect that, in the mean time it's an expensive ornament that at least looks pretty nice.

I like the fact there is no external handle easy cleaning the clock led is a bit bright! Overall a good purchase.
