Got rid of a whirlpool only 2 years old. We do a lot of baking. We have done several cakes and roasts in our new stove and have had perfect results.

5 Works well. Intuitive oven interface.

Bought it a a few weeks ago. Works well. Oven functions are easy to use and intuitive. Beveled edge around the cooktop is good for stopping spills from going down the sides of the over.

2 Great features but defective upon arrival

Purchased a new stove from the Brick and it arrived a few weeks before Christmas. Over the holidays I went to use the regular Bake feature and the button doesn't work. Tried to use the Keep Warm feature and it doesn't work. It's now January and I am still waiting for it to be repaired. I feel like the stove should have simply been replaced since it was brand new!_x000D_ Very disappointed!

4 Great Stove ... but pathetic Customer Service Personnel

We purchased this unit at the end of December 2024. It is fantastic! It is so much improved from our old stove. We love it! But the Frigidaire Customer Service personnel are pathetic! I wanted to check on my on-line order for two items. I called the Canadian Customer Service number, and was told that I had to contact the USA on-line order number. That lady told me I had to call the Canadian Customer Service Number. I did that .. for the second time ... and the man said I had to call the USA on-line order number. I told him "NO. I've done that and they sent me back to you. Now I want you to fix it." He fiddled and fooled around with his computer for a very long time (I could hear his fingers tapping on his keyboard) and finally he said he couldn't. I asked for his Supervisor and then he said that he was having trouble with his password. I told him to get me his Supervisor. He put me on hold and I was finally able to speak to a very courteous, and English-speaking, lady in the Phillippines. Ritchel not only was able to speak in English (as opposed to the two men who I spoke with at the Canadian number and could hardly speak English at all) but she expressed real concern for my dilemma. Not only was she able to see what I had ordered, but she was able to confirm that the two items were no longer available online. She checked for replacement items and arranged to hace them shipped to me. I hope to see the two items arrive soon ... I had been waiting since December 28th for the original two items with no notification of any kind from frigidaire.ca that the order could not be filled. Ritchel in the Phillippines deserves a very strong commendation. Her English is absolutely perfect, she empathized fully with my issues, and she was able to resolve the issues. Thank goodness for Ritchel. :-) :-)

Like the feature of the rear panel due to its ease of use and choices in oven settings and the fast heating oven.

1 Oven control panel died after two months

VERY disappointed in the quality of this product. After two months, the oven control panel stopped working. I have been told by Frigidaire that I have to wait two months (until mid-March) for parts in order to get it repaired under warranty. VERY disappointed that the company doesn't even have available parts to fix their low quality appliances. Frigidaire use to be a good company.

5 great stove!

This oven steam roasted the best turkey we have ever tasted. It came out nicely browned, evenly cooked and so moist. Great for breads as well.
