I bought this two months ago. It’s great. I love the extra drawer that you can choose the temperature, which is very practical.

Had the fridge for almost two years and the sensor for the second draw went. Tech came to see what was wrong .. said I need new display panel for draw, plus the two for the door as they were all connect some how. Tech came in to replace the parts and it still did not work. On top of that .. I guess when the tech replaced the parts .. something else ended up breaking or blowing in the fridge as the ice machine stopped working. After 3 months going back and forth with the tech ... it is headed for the junk yard. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FRIDGE. I even called Frigidaire to see if they could possibly do anything to help me out .. since this fridge was not cheap .. there answer to me was no nothing they can do as the fridge was no longer under warranty and of course I did not purchase the extended warrant.

Plugged in for the very first time. Didn't work. Unplugged and plug it back. It works._x000D_ _x000D_ Door is level. But I can't figure out how to make both doors plumb.

I recently purchased this fridge and so far am happy with it. It has great features and looks great. Love the convertible drawer and the large door storage. Two ice makers is very convenient. The door is thick and unfortunately sticks out more than I like, but it still looks good. Had an issue with one door because when we opened it, it hit the door handle of the cabinet next to it. We were able to adjust the door swing to avoid that from happening.

First off, the extra pullout door really maximizes the amount of space for different items. the doors hold WAY more items than our previous fridge, and the fruit and vegetable drawers actually function as a crisper, keeping fruit, like apples fresh a lot longer. The surface always looks clean as it is fingerprint resistant and we use the ice/water dispenser multiple times a day. Its really quiet and overall, very happy with our choice.

We purchased this fridge in May 2021 however, it was not delivered to our home until fall 2021 as the store had none in stock. Shortly after it was delivered the freezer started frosting up. I had to call a service man for the new Frigidaire stove less than a week after it was delivered (that's a whole other review) so I showed the service man the fridge and he said to rub the seal back and forth with your finger and it should fix the issue. It worked for a while but then started frosting up again. I recently called for service because the frost isn't going away and the serviceman noticed that the freezer door is not straight therefore, it's not sealing properly causing frost in the freezer. It may have been like this from the start which would explain the frost. He told me he will order new brackets to see if that fixes the issue. If not then he will order a new door. Still waiting for the parts. They don't make fridges like they used to. I had a Frigidaire Galley Fridge for years and didn't require service for the first 10 years. Paid a lot of money for this fridge...not sure if it was the right choice, then again I didn't choose it....my husband was adamant on buying this fridge because he liked the look of it.

We bought this refrigerator 2 weeks ago and I really do love the functionality of the extra drawer. It was one of the main reasons we purchased this fridge. However. I gave it a 3 rating at this time, as we are having problems with the temperatures in the 2 crisper drawers and the back of the main fridge. With the factory settings, it is freezing our vegetables. After trying a solution that customer service gave us over the phone, we have had a service person here and are waiting for the parts which we hope will fix the issue.....but I have to say we were not expecting this issue with Frigidaire especially in the PROFESSIONAL line. Having said that, if this issue is fixed satisfactorily, I would say this could be a 5 rating.
