Our new fridge is everything that we wanted it to be and operates exactly as it should. The compartments are spacious and the abiltiy to configure them to suit our requirements makes it very easy to live with! The third drawer is something that we wouldn't do without now and once again the ability to configure it is a plus of the fridge. Water/Ice dispenser works great and the access opening on the fridge is big enough to fill larger containers like sports bottle. The seperate light switch is perfect for late night use. Freezer compartment is deep and the two tier division allows easy access without a complete reorganization of the freezer for long forgotten items in the bottom drawer! In short, we've never had a better fridge and expect to have it for a long time.

We bought this fridge at the end of December and the water dispenser stopped dispensing water fast after only two months. I was told the filter needs changed. Seems like a very short lived filter. The fridge also makes weird noises sometimes, so I’m a bit concerned about that. Besides having to order a new filter already, the fridge seems to be performing well so far and it looks really sleek.

Bought this fridge and it lasted less than 3.5 years before the freezer stopped working. Repair person told us there was likely a hole somewhere in the lines. Cost to repair is $1100 and not guaranteed to fix the issue. The ice maker has had issues nearly since we bought it - it freezes over so it can't turn, and ice builds up on the outside of the unit in the fridge. Avoid at all costs.

The fridge was sized exactly as listed, which fitted perfectly in to our opening and sticks out the perfect amount. We did however have the freezer ice up to the point that it looked like it was snowing inside. Took out all the removable parts and melted the ice quickly with a hair dryer, and haven’t had a problem since.

I bought this a month ago and we love the fridge so far. The finger print list stainless steel is great. We love the fourth drawer that can be used as fridge or freezer. The double ice function has also been great. The capacity is incredible. I can’t believe how much we are able to fit in our fridge now would definitely recommend this fridge for families.
