Nice fridge, loos good and everything works so far but the main doors do not fit well. After carefully leveling the fridge I tried to level the main doors. I adjusted the left door all the way up and the right door all the way down and they were still not perfectly level. Also, this left the gap between the main door and the freezer door uneven, with the left side being almost 1/4 in higher than the right. Not very impressive for an expensive appliance._x000D_ Hopefully this is the only poor workmanship in the fridge; only time will tell!

I would give zero if there is !!!_x000D_ I had an LG fridge for more than 10 years , I had an issue once with the dispenser (out of warranty ) and we fixed it , then the freezer started to accumulate ice so instead of fixing the freezer , we thought it’s time for a change ( it’s already 10 years old fridge)!!! And I REALLY REGRET IT NOW!!!_x000D_ We went through all models and it crossed our minds to get a new LG. But then again we thought a change should be a full change!!! And we settled on FRIGIDAIRE PROFESSIONAL ( which is the top of Frigidaire line) and the salesman told us that it had good reviews !!! I loved the features of the crispseal (where fruits and vegetables stay fresh for longer) ,… etc _x000D_ We had the fridge installed and directly after , we started to face strange issues ; the eggs would freeze and burst into the fridge ( which I had to throw and clean up the fridge ) thinking we did wrong setting for the temperature , the fruits and vegetables would freeze in the drawer and we had to throw everything and clean up MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!!!_x000D_ I also had an injection stored in the fridge that I used and it gave lots of complications and we I realized it was bad now, I had to throw it away and start the cycle allover again to get new ones ….. many many details !!! _x000D_ So we contacted the customer service thinking they would just do some changes in the setting , to our surprise , they said that there was a defect that they have to “fix” like change a certain piece !!!!! We requested a change for the full unit as the item was brand new and it gave us ALLLLL THESE PROBLEMS !!!! They said as long as it can be fixed , we will not change it for you !!!! We argued that it’s brand new piece and it ruins our food and medications , THEY SIAID YOU SIGNED ON TBAT IN YOUR WARRANTY !!!!!!!_x000D_ So we reluctantly agreed as we are really having hard time !!!!! So the guy came and fixed the thing and we had to take a day off to accommodate !! And after that , the issue was still there and everything is back to square one , it still freezes food all the time and we had to throw everything away !! And we contacted them again , they said they’ll send ANOTHER company to FIX IT AGAIN NEXT WEEK !!!!!!!! Seriouslyyy????? Do we have to go through allllll this inconvenience and loss and hassle and days off and the issue is still ongoing !!!!!! I REALLYYYYYYY REGRET GOING WITH THIS BRAND AND THIS COMPANY !!! _x000D_ Beware guys , make sure you make the right choice especially with your major appliances !!! I’m living A NIGHTMARE!!!!

I got this almost a month ago everything is perfectly fine it’s just the water dispensed cloudy and needs to wait to clear up the water in the glass

Bought Susan a replacement fridge for a KitchenAid that had failed at the same time that the KitchenAid was bought we had also bought Frigidaire side-by-side fridge and freezer for downstairs. They are both worked perfectly and we are happy with our new Frigidaire fridge freezer.

Brand new $3000.00 fridge; doors don’t align and won’t seal properly causing condensation and pooling water on shelves. Certified technicians have twice concluded that there is nothing to be done to correct the issue even after replacing a door. Still waiting for a response from Frigidaire. Terrible experience does not rate a single star.

I bought this fridge and am really liking the size of it. It is quite large with many shelves and door storage so there is lots of room to place both large and small items in there. The ice and water work great and are quiet. The fridge is also easy to move if needed.

I went through 2 Frigidaire fringes in less than a year, problems with doors that didn’t line up causing constant dripping from the water and ice , second fridge totally froze every thing in the fridge section,,,,, at least the store i bought it from allowed me to get a different brand on my warranty claim ,,,, the fridge isn’t worth the powder to blow it back to Mexico where it was manufactured!

I bought this fridge 3 weeks ago from the brick and the delivery person installed the door incorrectly that the door is not closing properly.
