Periodically, the freezer makes a very loud buzzing noise; loud enough to wake you up, very annoying!. The source appears to be somehow connected with the ice maker. The magnetic piece across the bottom of the doors (part of the trim kit) falls down 2-3 times per day when the freezer door is opened and has to be pushed back into place each time. The freezer has some great features; perhaps, once the noise issue has been identified for certain and rectified and the metal strip stops falling down, I would rate it differently, for now I would not recommend.

This is my 2nd freezer as the first never worked from the day it was delivered. Had to wait a few months to get a replacement. Fridge is no better with all the issues it’s had either

Second purchase of same product.  Ice maker broke 3 times in leas than 2 years.  We have the matching Fridge, which is the only reason we bought this. Customer service has been very difficult to deal with. After this experience I would NOT recommend this product or any product through the Frigidaire brand.

beautiful freezer, with all the features needed in a modern kitchen, lots and lots of space, has an ice maker, very quiet machine.

Bought this for our new house, and it is so much more functional than a traditional bottom mount freezer. There is so much more room, and it's way easier to see everything in your freezer, so nothing goes there to die. Keeps food incredibly cold. Would definitely recommend.
