I bought this exactly a year and few days ago now it's not cooling i have to throw away my 500 worth groceries the company is saying the warranty was only for a year i paid around $7000 for the pair( fridge and freezer) very disappointed with Frigidaire never ever buying their products

I just bought this amazing freezer and in my opinion it's the best one I've ever seen, everything about it is just a surprise after another and makes this appliance the top of the line for sure. I recommend this to anybody if you want to experience real quality.

Superbe congelateur fonctionnel. seuleement 3 points negatif pour nous_x000D_ 1- Compresseur plus bruyant que notre ancien (marque differente)_x000D_ 2- Fini Stainless fragile et facile aà graffigner même juste en le lavant_x000D_ 3- Complexité à assemblé en 1 unité (réfrigérateur & congélateur)

This freezer was a great purchase. While it’s counter depth and not as deep as a standard freezer, it still has plenty of room and has become one of the focal points of our new home. We like that we can adjust how much ice is made. Together with the fridge and trim kit, it looks amazing. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t show all the fingerprints.

I bought this in December and it has been nothing short of amazing! Very organized compartments allow you to see everything! Coming from using a chest freezer iy’s so easy to find everything. M

Freezer Ice maker leaks internally. They sent a replacement freezer. Same issue with the replacement. They have now sent a third replacement but updated some of the water/ice maker parts. They did not however update the installation manual for these new parts. Called the service line and was told they can't help with installation and I should try to "google" it. Asked to speak with manager - got disconnected.

I bought fridge freezer combo. The freezer hookup to the waterline to make ice has been nothing but a headache. The part broke. It took forever to get technician to come multiple times. At one point asking US to order the part so we can hook it up.. not sure what warranty was for? Finally we received a replacement freezer. And guess what. The handle doesn’t even match the original fridge we bought. What a headache. So not recommend this brand or company. Communication has been slow to fix the issues and there were way too many miscommunications between the sales rep and Electrolux. Wish I could get refunded and go with a different brand. Extremely disappointed. Still waiting on a response from Electrolux regarding the issues.
