Purchased the fridge and freezer for our new home. These appliances do what they’re supposed to do and look great at the same time. I have no complaints with the exception of a creaky fridge door.

2.5 years old. Water fill line heater failed and now the supply line to the ice maker is clogged, and water flows out on the floor. Not serviceable because the heater is embedded in the foam of the Freezer wall. looks line wiring harness mis-wired at the factory as well

With my old freezer dead I had to buy a new one so I did a bit of research. Really like the features this one had to offer. Upon receiving the unit the first thing I noticed was how much light it has, almost too much. Lots of space, really like all the door shelves which provide more space for storage and keeping things organized. Only issue I had was that one of the main shelves doesn’t want to set in place, not locked in. Nice and quiet compared to the old one to which has been a welcome change.

J'aime bien mon nouveau réfrigérateur. Le trim kit est un peu difficile à installer, mais est un must pour une finition soignée._x000D_ _x000D_ J'aurais aimé que l'eau du distributeur soit froide, au lieu que de n'offrir qu'une eat filtrée. _x000D_ _x000D_ L'intérieur est spacieux

First "professional " fridge we bought started to freeze everything within 6 months. The new design has the door go almost completely to the ground. It's too low no matter how much you adjust!! It will shear the top of your toes off if you are not paying attention.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Frigidaire freezer has been an absolute nightmare and a costly disaster. The water line to the icemaker has been leaking slowly for over two months (which was so slow that I didn't even notice it), and in that time, it has completely destroyed 20 square feet of my kitchen floor and ruined my lower kitchen cabinets. And if that wasn’t bad enough, I now have a black mold bloom under my subfloor, which my insurance won’t cover. So not only am I stuck with thousands of dollars in repairs, but I also have to deal with a health hazard in my own home. The cherry on top? The repair person straight-up told me not to bother replacing the icemaker because it will just leak again! Seriously?! A product that fails this spectacularly should not be on the market. My unit is only 8 months out of warranty, and this is what I get? No support, no help—just a defective, leak-prone machine that’s now costing me thousands in repairs. What a complete ripoff! This is all in stark contrast to an incident I had with my previous fridge (different brand, better warranty). About 7 years ago, I had a similar problem with a flooding unit. When I called, they immediately identified it as a recall and not only sent someone out free of charge to fix it but also paid to repair the damage to my floors! That’s what customer service looks like.

J’ai acheté un réfrigérateur et un congélateur Frigidaire Professionnel 18 pi cu. Le réfrigérateur fonctionne très bien mais le congélateur ne fonctionne pas _x000D_ J’ai appelé pour un échange mais le trouble doit être validé par un technicien. Par contre j’ai reçu les appareils le 02/10/24 et le sous-traitant de Frigidaire ( G.Paquette) ne peut pas me donner de R-V avant le 09/10/24 et malgré mes nombreux appels…_x000D_ Je suis amèrement déçu et je crois que Frigidaire devrait revoir sa politique en regard de ses sous-traitants (diligence) ou offrir sa garantie elle même!!!
