We’ve had this freezer for a few weeks and it has been working great so far. I was skeptical about glass shelves in a freezer but they’re a lot handier than wire shelves for using bins to keep things organized. There is also a great amount of storage.

Great unit, easy to move around when empty but I did notice the lack of leveling feet once I had the unit in place. The anti tip srew out pieces were difficult to set properly, they should be larger and sloted for rotation with the insertion of a large flat head driver (my large Samsung fridge had them) and they should also be capable to be used as leveling feet. Wrenches and rubber/plastic do not work well together.

We ordered our freezer in Aug. for it to arrive in Oct. once delivered the door was unable to be switched! We than waited for 3 month until we were able to actually use our freezer. In the end we ended up with a pieced together unit. A door from one freezer, and a back from another! Meanwhile the new door is also dinted!
