So far so good. The one downside is it is noisy especially during spin cycles

5 Excellent

This washer has been working overtime with my recent move….it has over performed! So extremely happy with this new washer. Spin cycle is great so clothiers don’t take as long in the dryer.

4 Good machine but DON'T BUY from PC RICHARD & SONS

The Electrolux washing machine is awesome. Works like a charm. Great value! Do not buy your Electrolux washing machine or anything from PC Richards and Sons. They have the worst customer service and delivery, they hold you hostage until the night before and can't guarantee you a time slot. So you waste your whole day waiting for these monkeys to deliver the washing machine. I lost and wasted more time and money than the cost of the washing machine - WHAT A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION buying it through PC Richards and Sons!!

5 Great working washer in a compact size

My older whirlpool stopped working and I needed a replacement. I was limited in size due to having to install under a countertop and found Electrolux offered washers that fit the bill. Was a little wary at first but have had it for a few weeks now and it is running like a champ! The smaller size concern has not presented any issues for me.

5 Just What I Needed

I had a Haier combo washer/dryer before I bought my Electrolux washer. It was so temperamental and didn't work 60% of the time. Even though it was only three years old, I knew I had to replace it. I did my research on Consumer Reports and this washer was listed as a recommended model and best buy. This perfect for me even though I have to hang my clothes to dry. I'm much happier knowing that I will have a reliable appliance for years to come.

5 I love my new washer.

It got the top review of compact washer from Consumer Reports magazine, so I bought it accordingly. I was not disappointed. I am very happy with the compact size, many choices of the washing methods. It is quiet and it does not vibrate much.

5 Great washer!

Slightly larger capacity and bigger door than the Bosch it replaced, makes loading and unloading bulky items so much easier!

1 Strange washer

Received washer today. Unclear if I received the correct plug.Had to go to the hardware store to purchase an adaptor as he plug supplied was not a standard 120 V . Unclear why the back bottom of the dryer smells like a combination of emesis and feces. The installer had difficulty turning the appliance on and off usingbthe power button, and I figured out the trick to doing so, but since it is not straightforward, you'd think the manual would tell you! Finally, it does rock back and forth (yes it is leveled), and takes maybe 5 minutes to be okay with spinning both a small and a large load. But mostly it's the smell. Disconnected when went through the phone tree to speak with someone, so pressed the sales button and told that I needed to talk to customer service to schedule a repair on this first day of ownership.

1 Help please, from a non-incentivized reviewer.

This is an update to a review just posted. 1. Arrived today. First one damaged, so second one. 2. Rocks back and forth a tad (yes, it is balanced). 3. Extremely loud, louder than the Bosch, Miele, GE, or Whirlpool. 4. Came with a non-standard 120 V plug, needed to purchase an adapter. 5. Terrible smell. Sour, like a mix of feces and emesis. Traced to bottom of back of unit. 6. Installer had difficulty turning the thing on, power buttom glitchy. 7. Called customer service. Put in queue, call disconnected prior to my speaking with someone. Went through phone tree again and sales indicated that I need to get it serviced --Happy Day 1 of ownership. Yeesh.

5 Great little washer!

This washer is great and fits perfectly in my condos wash/dryer closet (and I have the dryer as well so I can stack them!). Only issues I've had is putting a little too much soap in it, so be sure to stick to the right amount of soap. It has many options and everything comes out super clean. Very pleased with the purchase :) FYI it is small, so expect to wash a half load to single load (compared to "normal" size washers).
