I bought this washer a month ago, and it has worked exceptionally well. To be honest, there are almost too many features for me (I'm used to a much more basic machine). I have cleaned my parents soiled towels and sheets using the "sanitize" option and they come out sparkling clean. I love the "tap cold" temperature option (vs. cold), and use it for my darks. _x000D_ _x000D_ It's also quite quiet. I live in a condo, and my workspace is less than 2m away from my washer. I can be in meetings with the washer spin cycle running with no issues. _x000D_ _x000D_ My only concern is the digital touch controls. I do prefer analogue interfaces as in my experience, complicated digital interfaces break more easily. That being said, Electrolux is a great brand, and I have no doubt they have tested for quality and longevity. Hopefully I'll be prompted for a review 5 years from now and will be able to confidently say that I have had no problems!_x000D_ _x000D_ All in all, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase!

I bought the 24'' Compact Washer with LuxCare Wash System - 2.4 Cu. Ft. month ago and enjoy it. I had a chance to use all settings and with a lot of children clothes it done work very well.

Love so far. Much quieter than the old one love all the options on it I like that it has a pod dispenser as well as liquid. I have it on the pedistal so no more bending over to get clothes out.

Just got this washer&dryer set a few days ago. Everything works great except one little thing. There’s no spin only cycle. For example if I need to wash my wool and cashmere pieces by hand and put them in the washer to spin to avoid shrinkage. Seems I can’t do that anymore with this new machine. Hope companies would add spin only to their machines in the future

Done a couple washes unit is good to go.Like the unit and its made in Italy so this is all good. have had Italian made washers before

Bought this 1 1/2 years ago and don’t like it at all. All cycles are preprogrammed; for example the “hand wash” cycle will only run with warm water, not cold. Also can’t restart cycle if power interrupted or it faults, which it does constantly. Runs water into machine for a minute or two then stops and faults that no water input; if I turn power off/on and restart, sometimes it runs a full cycle but 75% of the time it faults again. Very frustrating. I compare this to a similar LG model (no longer made) that I had for 7 years, no problems.
