The first one was delivered with damage which exposed the top. It’s particleboard and not plastic PVC material.So far so good.The first one was delivered with damage which exposed the top. This washer has so many wash options as well as options for spin speed and water temperature. Wash times are displayed and washer turns off after the end of cycle notification. I did put it up on a laundry pedestal for my own ease. Super washer with all the bells and whistles of the larger models. Perfect for small spaces

I chose Electrolux for two reasons: 1. I had an Electrolux washer/dryer in the past and I have regretted getting rid of them ever since. 2. I needed a smaller set to fit my space and Electrolux had the size and options I was looking for!

really want to like this washer but we are having an issue with the washer not pulling the fabric softener. Waiting on the part repair person has ordered. I am sure once this issue is resolved we will love this washer.

Replacing an older Electrolux that died after only 7 years and wasn't worth saving as it would cost more than a new one. Not really happy that I only got this many years out of it.._x000D_ _x000D_ The new washer has all the bells and whistles that you would expect, however, the delayed start functionality is not as good as the old one. Max delay is 6 hrs which takes away the possibility to start a wash in the evening and have it ready when you wake up. Wondering if there is an easy software fix that can be done for this, increasing the delay options to up to 12hrs. Removing one star because of this.

I have no complaints with this machine, save for the upper corner plastic cracked during stacking of companion dryer. This is a cosmetic issue but the machine itself works great.
