I purchased the washer in Oct. 2021. Worked great and washed well. Leaks started in April 2022. I called Electrolux as is required for a warranty repair. I waited on hold 30 minutes, and a repair was scheduled. The repair person never showed. Repeated the process with the wait time, and still no one showed. For the price point and selling points Electolux uses, the process should be a lot better. No one should wait 30 minutes -- that must mean there are a LOT of repair calls or it's way understaffed, or both -- and Electolux should have a better repair team.

My mom actually recommended this brand. I didn’t realize it we have a newer model. I absolutely love it. One of the biggest things is the pods compartment, I’m teaching my son to wash clothes so it’s a perfect start for him to get used to the functions without spilling detergent. There are soo many functions, we’ve had it almost a month and I’m still learning something new.

Best part about this washer: we were able to have the door flipped to open with right-hand hinges. Now our washer and dryer open away from each other and moving wet laundry is so much easier. Clean clothes and convenience.

After installation of washer and first load, we ran into a problem. The laundry load was still as wet as it were in a wash cycle. The water had completely drained. Initially thought that it was due to a small load. However, on a callback for the tech, he noted that the motor for the spin cycle was not running properly. He, returned the following week with a replacement motor and changed them. That was the solution and now several loads later we are happy with the washer.

I love my new washer. The clothes are cleaner and dryer while quicker than I thought possible. The eco settings and quick 15 are life changing. Thank you! I hate laundry a little less because of Electrolux!

I bought my first set of Electrolux in 2007. I recently moved and gave that set to a family member. I thought I wanted a top load so I ordered a top loading set of a different brand and returned it 2 weeks later. It did not even come close to the older model of Electrolux I had in alot of ways. So I ordered my 2nd set of Electrolux Front loaders and couldn't be happier. The
