The new machine performs great. It does an excellent job of cleaning loads very efficiently and is much quieter than our previous machine. Does an especially good job handling heavy duty loads of my work clothes!!

This washer is not only a beauty, she’s a beast! So many settings, so many options, conserves the water and keeps my electric bill low. Clothes have come out so fresh and clean including some old stains that didn’t budge in the past. Thanks Electrolux for making life easier!

I purchased this Washer and Dryer at the end of November 2021 from Home Depot. I had high hopes due to all of the good reviews. Within 2 months the washer started making a loud clicking sound anytime the drum is turning…which is every time we use it. It disrupts my husband in his office and we can’t use it if anyone wants to sleep. Something has obviously come loose. I contacted service and they said couldn’t send anyone out till the end of April. Then they called me and told me that the date of my scheduled service was accidentally put on Good Friday. Now they are not coming till May! That is ridiculous. I honestly regret purchasing from Electrolux. I had LG before and when I needed service they always came quickly. The other thing that bugs me is that the top of the washer is totally scratched. My LG’s never scratched in all the years I had them. If I could return these I would. :(

The washer and matching dryer look very good and, frankly, the reviews were a major influence in making the choice of this brand. _x000D_ Any review of this washer cannot avoid some comparison with my previous unit, ( A high end "sun song") which performed flawlessly for just over three years then crapped out in a hurry._x000D_ Various differences in function (water flow, tumble, spin, etc ) were noted and expected. Not speaking for my wife, only two differences cause me concern. For lack of a better description, the " gear shift" sounds rather heavy. The other, considering that all other functions of the machine are exceptionally quiet, the process of expelling water is quite loud. A noisy "expeller" was one of the symptoms of my last machine's demise, hence my (perhaps unwarranted ) worry._x000D_ Cleaning results are exceptional, and after the spin, I was impressed with how little water was left for the dryer to handle._x000D_ For now, I will try to set my concerns aside and hope for a long and beautiful friendship.

Love my new Electrolux washer. Drop in the PODs, start the washer and forget about it. Cleans the clothes great. I would recommend it.

Love my new Electrolux 4.5 Cubic front loader washer._x000D_ So much quieter than the last washer I had. I does an excellent job of washing_x000D_ the clothes. I notice a big difference in cleaning.

I love my new Electrolux Washer. Since I have had 2 back surgeries, bending over is nearly impossible. My new washer, sitting on the pedestal, has made it so much easier to transfer the laundry from washer to dryer. I also love the efficiency.
