I expected top quality. The salesman has these models in his home. While there are likeable features on this model, I am extremely disappointed in a few things. The door latch is not stable even after being replaced. Must remove liquid detergent cup to use powdered detergent--inconvenient. Lack of temp settings on some features. Not quiet.

I purchased this washer and matching dryer to replace a 14 year old Kenmore set. I had always heard that Electrolux was the Cadillac of laundry appliances but would they really hold up to their reputation? I’ve had this set a month now and I’ve been blown away by the features, how well they clean and how quiet and efficient they are. Should have bought these a long time ago!

Absolutely love this washer. It holds a full load of towels (old machine would have take 2 - 3 loads). This washer us so quiet running I forget they are washing. I used to have to run my previous washers spin cycle a couple of times and still have very wet clothes to dry. It seems that I am spending less time washing clothes.

The washer is fantastic and has great cleaning as it is a big difference from my old washers. I love and use the cycle options!

I have only owned used washers and this was my 1st new one and it was worth the wait and the price. It is so fast and extremely quiet. Would definitely buy again.

It may (barley) be beaten out for the largest capacity out there. But consider it uses less water and electricity than all the other washers and it only uses the equivalent of a shot glass of detergent. Yet our clothes have never been cleaner. While it may cost a tad more to acquire, its cost to own and operate projects out pto be way less than anyone else’s machine. To top it off, my appliance salesman (a friend for over a decade) told me he can’t wait for his current washer to die so he can get one of these. Enough said.
