It is early days yet, but we have had a great experience the last 2 months! The only issue we have seen so far is that the tray where you load detergent is always wet... concerned how that will shake out in the future (leading to mold, etc) but no issues as of yet.

I bought this last month, looks great, and does a great wash job, easy to clean and has a nice fresh scent . It’s quiet compared to my old machine.

The machine has a large number of options to set the wash cycle to clean your items as effectively as possible. I did a load of some very dirty clothes from a dusty / dirty construction job and was really impressed with how clean they came out.

This is a great washer however I am not able to remove the 'perfumy' smell from around the door and inside the drum. I contacted Electrolux and they advised that it would disappear over time. It has been approx. 6 months and it still has a strong smell. It is recommended to keep the washer door open to prevent musty smells but with this chemical/perfumy smell it is difficult to do as the laundry room is off of our kitchen. So far, this is the only negative issue with the washer and why I would not give it a 5-star rating.

My water bills has gone dosn thanks to the selection of kond of options there is to different loads of soiled laundry.

We received this washer along with an Electrolux Dryer a couple of weeks ago and have since done a number of loads of laundry. The washer is rugged, it offers lots of features for every duty and looks good on a riser :)

Bought couple weeks ago. Easy to install._x000D_ New look and simple controls. Love the white light in the drum. No issues/complains until now.
