I bought this machine almost a month ago now, and I just love it. I had previously had a Kenmore front load for over 23 years, which worked great, but this machine is so much more! I began searching for a front loading washing machine, as I like to wash queen size comforters, and have learned they do not all perform the same. My daughter in law also sent me a YouTube video about this machine, not knowing that I also was leaning towards the same machine. I think one of the best features is that the wash water pours over the clothes during the tumble washing, ensuring all the clothes are washed thoroughly. I especially love the 15 minute wash, which is great for those quick washes, especially for sheets, when family comes for a night or two. I have not tried all the wash cycles, but am looking forward to in the future. I love the time display for the different wash cycles. I even washed pet blankets, and yes there will be hair in the machine, as with my old one, but a quick wipe with paper towels take care of that. I am thoroughly impressed with this washing machine, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned. T-shirts/tanks, any lighter fabric items get stuck on the inside dryer panels or at the lint trap and come out damp and completely wrinkled. No amount of dryer time, dryer balls or "refreshing" solves this problem. They do not tell you that the water temperatures on the washer settings are pre-set by the manufacturer and you cannot change them. The 15 mins "deep clean wash" is cool or warm, if you want to use hot water, you cannot change that pre-set setting either. Everything comes out dirty and wrinkled. These units have extended my laundry time by hours. Whomever designed these appliances definitely does not do laundry Do not make the same mistake I did and buy Electrolux. Knowledgeable Customer Service is non-existent.

The absolute best front load washing machine ever! My only regret is not buying one sooner. It's quiet, efficient, reliable and cleans amazingly. I will never go with a top loader no any other brand then Electrolux. Thank you for creating an amazing machine! I look forward for many years to come!

We are on our third machine. After almost 2 years we finally got a replacement, then the replacement lasted less than 2 min. So they sent a third machine and so far so good. But when I contacted Electrolux about the second machine they said they needed to send a repair person. We didn't want a repaired machine when it was suppose to be brand new. The machine was literally set up 30 min prior. Then the repair company they set us up with never did call, it's been almost 3 weeks. Nor did Electrolux call us to see how it's been._x000D_ Regardless, we have our third machine, I recommend extended warranty if you want this one.

We bought this to replace an aging Bosch washer and we’re very happy with it. It’s wonderful to have a washer that doesn’t shimmy across the floor during the final spin. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to have the option of a louder chime.
