Had no problems with the washer initially for a few months, but after that every few weeks it turns off mid cycle. Needs to be unplugged for a few minutes before it starts working again.

Purchased the washer less than a month ago which is too early to comment on its reliability. The washer is very quiet which is exactly what we looking for. It is also very easy to use and the laundry comes out cleaner and smells fresher than the old machine can do. Very happy with our purchase.

We've had this washer for a few weeks and are happy so far. It has lots of features and runs quietly. Large enough for a family of four to runn large loads of towels or bed sheets all at once. _x000D_ _x000D_ Hoping it lasts longer than our previous Whirlpool unit which was a headache!

My old washer was no longer fixable. Didn't think of getting a front load as i always read bad reviews. _x000D_ I am extremely glad I bought it, my clothes comes out very clean. Still learning how to properly use its functions._x000D_ I will recommend this product to everyone.
