It’s brand new so works great. Wish I could review in 5 years! Easy to operate, runs smoothly, cleans clothes, I like the option to put a pod in vs throwing it in with the load. I bought a surge protector to put in the outlet to hopefully protect the mother board.

I’ve had this machine a month now and it is wonderful. No issues with stinky gaskets and all of my clothes come out perfect the first time.
