I really love my new washer. It is modern and beautiful in appearance. I love all the wash options. I’m glad I made the purchase.

I had delivery in January, the first of July it locked up and wouldn't drain. repair man took 3 weeks to get out then ordered a new pump, 2 weeks later another man came out and said it wasn't the pump and cleaned out the trap that was full of dog hair (I have one dog) Worked until the first of October then locked up again took over 3 weeks to get repairman out, he cleaned out the trap again! Dryer is not really drying great either. called Electrolux but they can't replace until the repairman says it is not repairable anymore, It is not broken the machine doesn't do it's job. Called the store I purchased it from and they can't do anything because I have had it over 30 days! Not sure what to do but this is not acceptable.

This washer is so quiet and efficient. It gets my clothes so clean. Optic whites really does get the clothes white. Love the new dispenser options. I had an old Electrolux set that lasted 15 years and I only bought new ones because the dryer was making noise but still worked. I’m an Electrolux customer for life! Best brand in my opinion!

Our new washer and dryer is amazing we have experience with the Electrolux brand having one of their refrigerators that works great as well. A lot of nice features and very Ecco friendly. Our clothes never and smelled so clean. Thank You for making such a great duo that is affordable. We are thrilled to have bought this new team in our laundry room. 10,000 Thank You’s!!!

I love my new Electrolux washer, but overshadowed by the poor customer service with the bridge Ken dryer. I hope my washer doesn't have an issue while I nder tye El Cyril x warranty. I hav an extended warranty through Home Depot.
