It is simple and easy to use for a family of 5. We like that it notifies and repeats the notification to let us know that it is done._x000D_ We bought it based on the number of reviews online as compared to other washing machines in a similar price range. Our biggest worry going from an older top-loader to a front loader was the possibility of leaks. So far, we haven't had any after a lot of loads. I installed a leak detector just in case though and I recommend wiping the seals down from time to time._x000D_ _x000D_ One surprising discovery was that our water usage went down as compared to the old top loader and we use half as many pods too! We really like the pod dispenser at the top and that the entire dispenser is removable for cleaning._x000D_ _x000D_ Also really like that there is no agitator and I am hoping our clothes are going to last longer thanks to not having that thing tug and rip on our clothes (like the old washer's agitator did)._x000D_ _x000D_ All in all, I am very happy with this purchase. It doesn't even match the model of our dryer and I am okay with that. We have an LG Wifi dryer that does great and is similar color, but the Electrolux washer brand was getting much higher reviews than the LG washer. So it was easy to decide to make the switch._x000D_ _x000D_ One thing to note: if you need to move this after the washer have been installed, they told us to re-install the shipping bolts into the back of the unit. DO NOT throw those away.

The difference between the Electrolux and my prior washer is amazing. The optic whites cycle has restored all of my white t-shirts back to new. They were slowly turning white for years. One wash and they look new. All clothes feel softer and smell great for weeks!

This washer is beautiful and removes stains that the washer I had before could not! I can wash a queen size bed comforter and it comes out clean.

Great unit, and very powerful spin cycle. Make sure it is level at install. It can be a little noisy during the final max spin but that is normal. The clothes are almost dry when they are done compared to other washers. Amazing amount of cycle selection and wah options.

I had this washer in an apartment and when I bought my house I bought this same one. That’s how much I love this washer! Has all the settings I’d want and works well. Would definitely recommend

Pros: the washer work exceptionally well. Large capacity. Cleans clothes very effectively. It is easy to adjust the settings. It’s relatively quiet._x000D_ Cons: Surfaces scratch VERY easily. Water doesn’t drain out of the soap dispenser so it needs to be removed, dumped out and allowed to dry before returning.
