We really like our new washer, much better than our previous unit. The reversible doors on the washer & dryer were significant because of the layout of our utility room. Works quite well, no problems. My only issue is the dryer, where neither Electrolux or Ferguson's (the dlr) tried to help out on a discount that Electrolux made available - right when our units were delivered! Insulting.

Almost wanted our old washer to bit the dust so we could upgrade the washer to match our dryer. The combo cleans flawlessly.

Don’t buy this washer unless you want to by an entirely new wardrobe for your family! It has snagged majority of our clothes to the point of throwing them away!

Love the detergent dispenser - especially the PODS option. Makes it so easy to put all your detergent, stain fighter, scent boosters, etc. in vs throwing it into the drum. Stain Soak option is awesome, the option to select specific stains like chocolate, blood, etc is a first for me! Unfortunately I had the chance to test this function after I got blood ALL OVER brand new white sheets from an injury. It all came out with the first wash!

I bought my unit in the optional gray, and it is stacked with the dryer, the housing on these units it’s smaller than on my previous set, despite having the same wash capacity. This leaves room for detergent and my ironing board in my closet which is really nice. My only complaint is having to put detergent in for each wash. My previous washer would except enough detergent for several loads.

This washer is a powerhouse! I’m a busy working single mother. With a child in multiple sports and a career that requires me to wash several sets of sheets and blankets per day, this washer handles it all for me!
