We have been using the Electrolux for a couple months now and have determined it is far superior to the samsung unit we replace. The washer is very quiet, and cleans efficiently, all clothes come out much less damp thus resulting in faster dry time. We have used most of the features, which are cool, but I'm a simple wash and dry guy vs, my wife - she likes all the nuance. We also bought the pedestals with drawers - must have!

The washer came with a loose door lock fresh out of the box. Do you do quality control? Now I have to call the service to get it fixed.

We have owned the Electrolux washer and dryer for 2 1/2 weeks and they work fine, HOWEVER, the doors on both do not close properly. After only one day, the customer service rep from the appliance store "ordered" replacements.. We have not yet received notice on the replacements, so I cannot give this Electrolux dryer a better rating.

I purchased Electrolux because I needed a machine that would allow me to swap the hinge side of the washer. Electrolux was the only manufacturer that made this option possible._x000D_ _x000D_ The machines are beautiful and work great!

Purchased to replace my previous Electrolux washer of 15 years of everyday use. It appears to carry in the quality and performance that i came to love in my original machine. The haptics on the buttons are sublime and the cleaning performance is fantastic. Very happy with my purchase. Also very glad that it fit on the pedestal if my old machine.

So sleek, user friendly, and quiet. I love the really easy product drawer for detergent, bleach, etc. it’s really a beautiful and really effective product. Loving it so far.
