My washer quit working, it wouldn’t drain the water, we called Ottos and we needed the washer asap as I was leaving on holidays for a month. My husband went down to the store and bought a new washer and dryer. The Ottis team delivered and set up the new machines the very next, the squeezed us in their already full booked day. I was so thankful. We have dealt with Ottos for 25 years and they never disappoint us.

Really happy with this washing machine. Lighted drum, pod dispenser and easy to use. Clothes are coming out way cleaner than with our previous washer.

So far so good. I had an LG front loader for 10+ years and replaced it with this one. Very nice Smoke color, controls are easy to understand (never needed the instruction booklet) and my clothes come out clean and almost dry. It’s runs quiet as well.

So far so good with the new washer and dryer. Dryer may be a little noisy.

I absolutely love my washer, cloths are clean, and it has great features the best for me is the pod dispenser but the light when opening the door is also very convenient.
