Love the allergen feature! It's a great washer and really gets out a lot of moisture, saving drying time. Love the light in the wash tub. The only thing I don't like is the drawer for the detergent etc. is not easy to pull out, very sticky.

I bought this about a month ago and it’s made a huge difference in the cleanliness of my laundry. I never get detergent stains or musty smells anymore. I love the cycle options because it’s everything I need and nothing I don’t.. I actually LIKE doing laundry now. I also love the little door prop that you can pop out on the door. Our laundry is in our main bathroom and the washer and dryer are very esthetically pleasing.

So far so good. We have had the product for 3 weeks and it has been working smoothly. It has quite the off putting smell that has lingered that I’m hoping to air out (smell of rubber/manufacturing + a scent of a highly fragranced cleaner). It’s hard to say whether it will be reliable going forward but fingers crossed!

Bought the washer at home depot after almost 6 month of extensive searching for the right one. having already purchased the dryer and being very satisfied with it , we ultimately settled for the same brand washer after it came on special, having very very sensitive skin and with the laws restricting water consumption that an appliance uses, ultimately this one seemed right having all the bells and whistles and having its majority of reviews stating how quiet the machine is, some saying that's bearly noticeable when doing a load at night, and how convenient it was for appartement....ect.. after receiving the 1st machine made sure of reading and respecting all the manuals and notices plugged the machine in, started the first wash as stated in the quick guide and right off the bat it was so noisy, but didn't make much of it since it's mentioned in the manuals that the initial setup was so. Then I put a +/- 10 lbs load and Even worst the winding of the spin cycle was horrible at that point told myself it's impossible that it's that loud so did 2-3 mor washes and never got quieter , it was perfectly leveled, on a 3/4" rubber mat, ended up calling customer service and while on the phone with support as soon he heard the machine said no problem and sent another one the following week , the second machine I've decided to get the installation service just in case I'd have to return that one as well not wanting to be at fault, as soon the professional started the machine he said " oww that's loud " so he started another cycle and the same , after the tech ranting about the newer machines being bad and what not he called for the store to come and pick it up , luckily I still have my old washer that had no issues besides being dated , I didn't want another one and got my money back no issues. I'm not ready to blame the company (Electrolux) or the machine it's self, giving the benefit of the doubt maybe it's the delivery that caused the fluke , maybe it's the store who knows but it's really disappointing.

I bought this appliance and had it delivered October 31 2023. the first time we tried it. It did not work .we had to wait a week for service . The guy showed up and changed 3 parts . Still not working and I am buying another brand. Frigidaire customer service is the worst in the world!! Do not buy Frigidaire products!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had it for a month, but am now waiting for a drainage pump to be sent as mine is defective. It has been almost 2 weeks and no word from the company as to the pump. They seem attentive on the phone, but I am disappointed with my first couple of months with the washer. When it worked, it was very good.

There is a magnet in the door of the washer, it comes out of the holder every time you open the door. We have to take it off the machine and put it back in the small holder on the door. Huge pain, worried about losing it. The door will not close without it.

Overall good machine. The detergent drawer was stuck in the first machine and I had to replace. The second machine's drawer is not smooth either.
