Bought this about 3 weeks ago and it is a great machine. The only thing is when it is done I wish the chimes were louder. I can’t hear it sometimes

The washing machine has been in heavy use for a month now, and performs flawlessly. I especially like the highly-intuitive controls, and the huge capacity.

We bought this brand of front load washing machine because after months of reading reviews it had the least amount of complaints of malfunctioning. We have never owned a front loader, but one concern with most is mold in the gasket. This washer has a feature that props the door open just enough to dry out and light turns off automatically. Also there is a coating that inhibits mold. Now, the actual reason we purchased a new washer was because we have an ultra sensitive border collie who cried at the sound of the old washer. There is a slight vibration with this washer but no loud banging noises due to the fact it rebalances the load. Trust me, we are so happy and entertained by our new washer. We spent 40 minutes just watching it wash the first load haha ...this is adulting at its finest. I have used the refresh feature as items would get musty in our old washer if not taken out shortly after. It also has a sanitize feature and hand wash..what more could you ask for ? So much room ..what a pleasure. Money well spent!

Much quieter than my old device. Much less vibration. On the other hand, many more small items end up in the soft space between the door and the drum... Very good capacity.

Quiet, good options (without too many), clothes come out clean and spin cycle helps keep drying time down. Overall, very happy with the value of the machine

It was time for a new washing machine. This machine came with the features I was looking for (delay start, sanitize, extra rinse, etc.). It even has a light on the interior, illuminating the drum so no laundry gets left inside. It's not too loud either. We've had the machine for a few weeks and so far we are impressed!
