I must have read at least 10 reviews on competitors appliances before deciding to purchase the Electrolux front loader. It’s worth it’s weight in gold and does an amazing job cleaning your clothes. I only have one minor issue that will not change my 5 star review and it’s occasionally a sock will get lodged in the rubber section of the door and I will have to wring it out..

My 20 year old washer was getting old and needed to be updated. I researched reviews of several brands and found Electrolux to be popular with 5 stars. I’m not sorry I chose it. Very efficient, love the ease of running loads, clothes come out really nice. I love it.

This washer has a ton of different settings, and I haven’t had an opportunity to use them all. One feature I have used several times is the 15min quick wash. I love it! It is perfect to do those few items you need to wash to prepare for a trip or other event.

This was my first front loader and I was reluctant to spend so much money on a washing machine, after reading many reveiws I determined almost all new washing machines are junk and have a high percentage of failure and the nightmares that go along with trying to get a problem fixed. We found this washing machine had the best reviews, and we decided to take a chance, we purchased the machine at lowes just before closing and had them load it on my truck beceause lowes did not know when they could deliver it. Store policy is you have 48 hours to see if the machine good or bad and return it to the store for a refund. After 48 hours, you will have to deal with the manufacturer and wait for repairs related to any problems you may have with your machine. Got the machine home and installed it perfectly level in the utility room, followed the instructions and ran the first test load. 30 minutes later, we heard bang, bang bang, and the machine was dancing across the floor and shut down for balence issues I think. My wife said load it up, it’s going back to the store. I decided to read the instructions and follow the trouble shooting guidelines, looking for anything that could cause the problem. I decided the floor under the machine was kinda soft and sponge and might be the problem. I removed the old flooring, carpeting and linoleum that was under the washer and dryer, previously installed by the homeowners before us. I glued and screwed a new piece of 3/4” sub floor and made sure the floor felt solid. Installed the machine again making sure I followed the instructions completely. Gave the machine a test run and it work great with just a small rattle noise when spinning. I found one packing nut that missed removeing from the back of the machine, and that fixed the small rattling noise. We have had the machine for a month now and it works flawlessly, on all cycles. The machine is smooth, quiet, and cleans the clothes better than any machine I have ever owned. Buying a new machine was a tough decision and I hope this review may help anybody that trying to find a good washing machine.

I love the 15 min cycle for lightly soiled items. The extra rinse feature is great to remove every last bit of soap in the clothes and the optic white keeps my white towels looking that way.
