I had previously owned a very large Bosch washing machine which I’ve had for 13 years. I was concerned I would never find another washing machine that would be as good. I am happy to say that I have been extremely impressed and satisfied with my new Electrolux. It handles large loads and washers as well or better!

We put a lot of research into deciding which brand and model of washing machine to purchase when our whirlpool broke down. We decided to go with Electrolux, and we have been very happy with the purchase. I was skeptical about a front load washer, but boy do they work. The clothes feel lighter and fresher. They don’t need much time in our older dryer, and they are not as wrinkled. We haven’t tried any of the fancy features yet, and we’ve only had it for a few weeks, so I can’t speak to any of that, but hopefully it continues to do a great job!

Our new Electrolux washer was highly recommended by our local appliance store. It appears to be very well made, does a great job of getting the clothes clean, is easy to use and maintain. We are very pleased!

This is my first front load, I wanted one with the hand wash feature, and did NOT want one that is connected to wifi - i can set a timer if I need a reminder. It is actually much easier to use than I anticipated. I love the 15-minute wash feature, and use this frequently. I've not had need to wash anything heavily soiled, but I did wash my white sheets and this washer was superior in cleaning to my former top load. What I don't like is that the detergent tray never dries. I've been good about wiping the rim and door after washing, and keeping the door open for awhile to make sure the interior dries, but I'd be happier if the detergent dispenser was easier to dry. Probably no big deal, but...

I love my new washer and dryer. I especially like the enclosed lint trap that doesn’t allow lint to get into the lint exhaust pipe.

Mich improved door hinge and latch, pods feature, nice electronic panel and menus. Overall a solid upgrade from previous version. Not, however, advertised as a different footprint than the model it succeeds (doesn’t line up with prior model dryer next to it)
