We received a non working "lemon" the first time that kept giving us error codes and would not drain. Thankfully, we were within Lowes 48 hour return period and received a replacement of the same model that works wonderfully.

Big disappointment for expensive new machine. Leaves suds!! Have to use pure rinse every time - which is not available on Towel selection. Doesn't spin dry the clothes all, still sopping wet at end of cycle. Have to repeat. NO spin only selection that's a bummer!

We have had our washing machine for a month now, and are very happy with it. We wanted the delicate, hand wash, and refresh features and this model has everything we wanted. And it is quieter than our old Maytag. _x000D_ Very Satisfied

Machine works perfect so far but it is very sensitive if you don’t balance it well or if it doesn’t get the proper amount of water

I waited for a couple of months to review this washer, just to see if there were any issues. I can honestly say that this is the best machine we have ever owned! It handles the big loads, like blankets and quilts with ease and having the features like the quick load makes it nice if you need something that just needs a basic refreshing a snap to do. The only issue I had was not getting a wrench for adjusting the feet. The feet are easy to spin for leveling, but we have our set on a base, and I really wanted to tighten them up a smidgen to take out any additional vibration that I could. It's a narrow gap between the base and bottom of the machine, so I wasn't able to get a regular sized wrench in between the two. All in all, that would be my only suggestion for a very nice machine....We're well pleased with the performance of it.

Still trying to get the right amount of detergent but love the fact that it will rinse again if I've added too much. Basically makes it an idiot proof machine. Still learning the different settings which don't include typical old fashioned machines but everything is coming out clean and in less washing time than my previous machine.

When my LG washer went out, I researched top washing machine brands. Electrolux was highly rated. These are the features I like the most: So many features and options to choose from, pre-programmed and customizable loads, interior light, digital controls. It doesn’t have WiFi, but I don’t need that on my appliances. I’d much rather have a washer with nice features and one that cleans my clothes really well. I highly recommend!

While I am happy with the overall performance of my Electrolux ELFW7637AW1 washer. I was also not very happy with the appearance of the machine. The front, top and RH side do not align. there was no damage to the box so I can only assume it left the manufacturing facility this way. I requested the Vendor (Best Buy) replace the unit and was informed that it is no longer available in my area. So I guess I will have to live with it as is
