On 2 occasions, I've discovered everything in my freezer completely thawed and fridge simply not cooling anymore, while the light inside the fridge indicates its powered on. Checked the dials still were set properly (never change them from the middle recommended settings), and unplugged for a few hours. Nothing other than the light turns on when I plugged it back in. Expensive to keep replacing my entire freezer contents! Also, from the day it was delivered and I removed the plastic, the freezer door has never stayed closed, so I attached little velcro strap to secure the door closed. Will be contacting the manufacturer tomorrow to ask if it can be serviced! Its only 9 months old

Bought this fridge to replace ours that died several months back. So far it has been wonderful. Lots of space, good climate control, stainless steel finish is great. Definitely pleased with our purchase.

Last year I purchased, after much research, a Frigidaire gas stove and was very impressed with the quality of that product. The kitchen is getting a makeover and I wanted a new refrigerator. I had certain criteria; no handles sticking out, it had to be a top freezer unit, had to have a deli drawer; had to have quality fresh product crispers. I looked at a number of different manufacturers units and always kept coming back to the Frigidaire unit. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this unit and the gas range I purchased last year.

Had only for month and a half, and the freezer fan is so noisy almost like its bearings are gone and all my main fridge items like jug of water and vegetables in the crisper trays are freezing when the main fridge temp setting is on lowest setting?! How can I get this fixed and or even replaced?
