We bought this model back in September and it stopped working recently so we had to purchase a replacement as the warranty process takes very long. We had to wait 3 weeks for a refrigerator technician to come look at our former fridge to repair it. He said this issue is happening in all of these models. It was the thermostat timer switch. It was seized in the off position so it wasn't allowing the fridge/freezer to kick in and cool/freeze the food.

The fridge is ok._x000D_ I had a minor issue with fridge door not closing properly when there were some stuff on the door. When I removed them, it closed. I have now returned all the stuff back to the door and so far, the door is closing properly._x000D_ The drawer inside (the one hanging) keeps falling. I, for the life of me, do not know how to put it correctly.

When the top freezer door gets slammed the fridge door opens, when the fridge door gets slammed the freezer door opens! Have seen many a grand child leave one of the doors open due to this awful design flaw!!
