We just had this new fridge delivered today. Already I'm worried about the longevity of the drawers as they feel flimsy. Most annoyingly, the deli drawer won't even stay on the rails with a bit of meat and cheese in it. The price for this was really good, so it is what it is, but it's disappointing to literally have problems on day one.

Le frigo a été acheté fin octobre 2024. Il a cessé de fonctionner 3 mois plus tard. J’ai téléphoné et on m’a dit que ma demande était pris en charge dans les 24 à 48 heures. 6 jours plus tard, sans nouvelles, j’ai téléphoné pour faire un suivi. On m’annonce que les pièces ne seront pas disponibles avant la semaine suivante…. Après bcp d’insistance la représentante de Frigidaire me rappelle pour dire qu’elle fait une demande de remplacement est faite puis plus de nouvelles. Selon les commentaires que j’ai lu ici il y a eu bcp de gens qui ont eu des problèmes avec ces frigos qui cessent de fonctionner après quelques mois seulement. La même chose nous est arrivé sans possibilité de voir notre problème résolu dans un délais raisonnable compte tenu que c’est un élément essentiel d’une maison.

We bought this fridge 3 days ago and it hasn't gotten cold yet. We didn't tip it or anything during installation.. just wondering if this is normal to take this long to get cold?

It works but very noisy when cycles on. Had some trouble leveling it as well.

Purchased last June, but already encountered a major issue on the seventh month. Wasn't expecting any issues with it at least in the 1st few years.
