4 Strong suction!

Works well and has great suction. Just a bit on the noisier side.

1 Horrible....sounds like a turbo jet engibe

Had a house built and didn’t have a choice of appliance manufacturer. The hood vent sounds like a jet engine. Too loud to use. Our builder told us that “they are all like thIs”. Unacceptable.

2 Looks Great- Noisy

Our vent hood looks great...love the design, but it's extremely noisy..sounds like a plane is landing on the lowest setting. Had a rep come to the home when working on a minor issue with our refrigerator... but...not his job?

1 “Professionally” LOUD

If Professional means like a commercial kitchen hood loud , it is! Impossible to hold a conversation while running at any speed!

1 Sleek design, terrible noise

We are so disappointed our builder selected amd installed this hood. The noise is worse than most commercial kitchens I have been in. We cannot hold a conversation while using it and have opted to risk the smoke detectors acticating instead of using this while cooking. Frigidaire, come on!

1 worst experience with Frigidaire range hood

We had our builder installed all Frigidaire appliances like the dishwasher, gas stove, range hood, wall oven... in our new construction home which was closed on 6/28/18. Actually we moved in on middle August, so which made the fan worked for about 10 month when it stopped working on 5/24/19! then Hopkins appliance (the third party service company) came and replaced a motor on 6/3. worked about 10 days, then stopped working on 6/14/19 again! then replaced another motor on 6/19 and stopped working on 7/16 again!_x000D_ When I try to turn on the gas stove to cook, the smoke detectors just keep beeping without the fan working.I couldn't cook anything until someone fix the range hood. It's so inconvenient! _x000D_ I was being told that our one year warranty expired on 6/28/19 which is half month ago, so the Frigidaire won't come and fix it for us or if they do or other provider does, we need to pay out of our own pocket. It seems right because we need to buy the extended warranty for their products after the first year, but wouldn't it be better if they make better products and make better quality control than come to fix products again and again during the manufacture warranty period and then asked the customer pay more for the extended warranty? I had the less expensive range hood in my previous house worked for the last 7 or 8 years and got no issues at all. If anybody doesn't want to have the same experience as I did, then stay away from the Frigidaire products!

1 Beautiful unit

Had the hood installed in December 2018 when my kitchen was beautifully remodeled. _x000D_ It stopped working January 2018 - called warranty and they sent a third party technician (AAA) and motor was replaced February 5th._x000D_ February 10th it stopped again - same company came 02/14 and part (capacitor) was ordered 02/15 - it took a whole entire month to have part available. In March 14 the technician came to replace capacitor but the unit didn’t work and the motor was replaced once again. _x000D_ April 18th it stopped again _x000D_ May 3rd Frigidaire sent their own technician and I was told that the motor had to be replaced new motor was ordered. _x000D_ May 10th - new motor was installed and guess what?! Yes, it stopped again May 11th. _x000D_ Finally they agreed to replace the whole unit. _x000D_ Received new unit June 6th, had it installed and it didn’t work for 1 hour and stopped. I’ve called numerous time and left voicemails and nobody had returned none of my phone calls. I’m just giving up because I’m exhausted and extremely disappointed. I just can’t stand to have a hood that doesn’t work properly around my brand new cabinets.

Received as part of builder installation. So for the performance is Good, didn’t like the design esp with lighting. The light is in the backside, the light focus is more towards the wall insted of cooking area.
