Louder than a vacuumed cleaner. You cannot hold a conversation in the kitchen even when on low. How anything like this makes it to market is amazing. A definite do not buy.

I like how it looks. And the filters are easy to remove and clean. But it is very noisy

Got this in Dec 2019, works well. First time have a vent hood...previously we had the one that comes up from the countertop...must say, the vent hood works much better. Has 3 different levels of suction...has been working well so far.

Wondering if there is a top piece available for this item as it end rather abruptly. A nice top would make the unit more attractive.

The hood has a bright even light feature and the fan is powerful and eliminates the steam. The unit is easy to clean and the washable filters are a real plus.

Lawnmower and a leaf blower put togetber to resemble a kitchen hood, is what i call this product. I wear a ear muffler in the kitchen when the hood is on._x000D_ _x000D_ Frigidaire, unless u have a solution don't you even dare offer me a canned message like "thank u for your input. We have our tech working to improve the product". _x000D_ _x000D_ Tell us how to fix it or do a recall.

I got this along with 4 other Frigidaire appliances in my new home. We always use the furnace at low fan speed to reduce the noise since we have 2 infants in thw house. However, 4 months in, the fan just abruptly stopped. I called in for support and the service person who visited us informed that its just a bad motor and bappens, what we should do is buy this additional coverage plan because we dont always honor warranty, here are 5 times when we dont. So, i was upsokd a new warranty type in my existing warranty period to address a faulty motor that came with my hood?

We’ve had our for 2 months. During the time it works it’s fine, but we will now be on our second motor since. MOTORS ARE BAD!!!

It's a nice feature that's aesthetically pleasing. However, the functionality is sub par. Either that, or my smoke detector is too effective.
