We purchased our fridge on Feb 28/24, it was delivered Mar 5/24…impressed at first..until today, Mar 16/24, came home and everything in the freezer was thawed!!!!_x000D_ It’s broken already!!!_x000D_ Called, only available between M-F! Does not help on the weekend!!!_x000D_ Disheartened, angry and frustrated!!!!

I bought this model 22.1cu.ft counter depth 4 door frigi almost 3 weeks ago. So far so good. It looks pretty and work well so far. I love the extra drawer that can be a refrigerator or a freezer, it's convenient. I hope this refrigerator can last long time for use!

Le frigidaire est d'une bonne taille et les compartiments pour le congélateur est assez spacieux également. En somme, frigidaire de bonne qualité avec de bonne fonctionnalité. Par contre, j'ai eu des problèmes avec le tuyau de distributeur d'eau qui se situe à l'intérieur de la porte. Elle fonctionnait très bien depuis quelques mois mais après 3-4 mois d'utilisation, elle commence à couler lorsqu'on l'utilise plus fréquemment. Par contre, le service à la clientèle répond rapidement et les techniciens qui viennent pour détecter et résoudre le problème sont très qualifiés et offrent un service de qualité.

Finally had to let go of our 20 year old 'up-market' fridge. Researched extensively but was still apprehensive regarding making our choice but 6 months in we couldn't be happier with our choice. So well designed with flexible space. Easy to see and access everything. Wanted a clean looking exterior but still have the water/ice features. Hoping for a long problem free experience.

I received my new fridge abut two weeks ago and so far I love it!! The interior layout is good. The middle drawer is awesome. I needed to change over from fridge mode to freezer mode yesterday to accommodate an ice cream cake and it was so easy peasy!! The ice maker started out slow but is working well now! The interior shelves seem to be good quality too. Easy to maintain and clean. I looked at every model out there before I purchased this one as my last fridge was a Samsung and it just didn't impress at all!

I've only had the fridge for about 3 weeks now. So far we love the layout and the functionality of the middle drawer, and ice maker. We especially like how the water dispenser is in the edge of the door and how it doesn't take up any of the space one the inside of the door.

Nous avons choisi ce réfrigérateur après plusieurs séances de magasinage et l’avons reçu il y a environ 2 semaines et WOW! Encore mieux que ce que nous pensions au niveau du rangement et fonctionnalité! TRÈS BON CHOIX ?

So far, we are so glad to have purchased this fridge! It has all the features we were looking for and more (they don't advertise an ice-maker - yet there is one!). It is really large inside and well thought out -- the "third drawer" is an amazing and useful feature that we are currently using for drinks and snacks

Bought this fridge today. Water valve doesn’t work, water won’t flow though. Spent an hour trying to bleed the line. Frigidaire chat only available weekdays until 8 so guess we are out of luck until Monday.
