This fridge has given me PTSD. We received a lemon the first time and were grateful the manufacturer authorized an exchange. However the second still doesn't work quite right. It makes quiet knocking sounds and the glass inside quickly fogs up when the fridge door options, something we've never seen in all the fridges we've had over the years. We learned that there are 3 different computers inside, all coming from different places in the world, and when you replace one it doesn't often sync up with the others. Just a mess. We still love the style and the design but the quality is just not there.

This refrigerator has lots of room _x000D_ It was the new fridge for our kitchen and we bought it even though our old one still works _x000D_ It’s a nice upgrade to the house

We purchased the appliance for a new build. When the contractor went to install the door was dented from the styrofoam being too tight._x000D_ I called customer service but because I ordered them over 90 days ago they will not warranty the door. We had to pick appliances early to get the cabinets made.

Scouting to buying a new fridge to upgrade our 10 year old fridge. We don’t really regret buying this. Have an excellent features.

We bought this back in March of 2024 and in August is failed and no parts were available to fix it so the entire fridge was replaced under warranty. Not exactly confidence inspiring. We do love the fridge I just hope the replacement lasts longer than the original.

We’ve had this fridge for about 8 months and we do really like it. One issue that we’ve had is that the in door water dispenser’s water tube slowly pulls back up into the door and will start to shoot the water in a couple different directions, making a mess. The repairman said that it would continue to slowly pull back up but I could just get pliers and pull the tube back down. I’ve done this several times but being a new fridge there certainly should be another longer tube available so I’m not using pliers on a new fridge. The freezer is also icing up on one side and the ice maker is incredibly slow making ice. I did trying to add pictures but the “Guidelines” list doesn’t move out of the way so I can do so.
