Very happy with our new Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. Delivered and set up by our supplier Briscoe Appliances. Everything works as designed. Shelving is very flexible. Middle drawer can be set to various cooling requirements. It meets all of our needs.

From the first day that we plugged the new unit in the upper fridge never worked. The door sensors think that the doors are open and won’t cool properly. Called for a service rep and we are still waiting for parts for a new fridge. How long can anyone go without a fridge for a family of four.

On arrival, the water didn't work. We had to go back to the store and get a new valve as the one it came with was defective. Once that was fixed, works great! For a counter depth fridge, it is quite spacious. My only negative is that the ice tray only fills 1/3 of the way - once we each fill our water bottles, we are almost out!

From the side door water dispenser, the flex drawer and the snack zone storage area, I think this is the best counter depth refrigerator on the market.

Physically this fit our needs and some of the unique design bits are appealing, the extra-large main door for general access and the vari-temp drawer. I like the icemaker setup as it doesn't waste a lot of fridge space like most thru-the door units. However, the fridge has displayed an annoying defect - it periodically(randomly) sets a hi-temp freezer alarm - real in that the temp is elevated - but if left alone, it gets back to the set temp (Doors are properly closed all the time. This seems to be happening more frequently though and the factory warranty(1 yr) just expired. The ice-maker quit working after a month or so but after a month or two of silence it resumed operation and has been flawless since.

So happy with my purchase of my Frigidaire. Not only does it look great the features are so easy to adapt to. The lighting is wonderful allowing clear views of continents.

This fridge has everything I need. I love the bright interior lighting when opening the doors. The fridge provides plenty of space for food storage. The middle drawer is an added feature which I really enjoy. I love the clean look of the fridge, without the exterior ice and water dispenser. The water dispenser on the inside of the left door is such a good idea. The freezer bins allow for plenty of storage. The ice maker makes ice in a relatively short time and has an off and on feature. So far, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

My new $3000 fridge needs a mother board. 4 weeks and waiting for a back ordered part. Frigidaire one day says the part is in - a week later it’s still on back order. No help. DO NOT BUY
