I purchased this WASHER on February 3rd, received it on February 13th of 2021. It is a snap to install and get it up and running. Nice and quiet, no shame on displaying this Washer. Also we purchased the matching DRYER, this was a great move. We Love them both.

Purchased washer and dryer a few days ago. First wash error (E1) appears on washer. It will take over a week for service.

This model came with our house. We moved into the new home in November. February 15th the water shut off sensor failed and the water never cut off. The water flooded the laundry room and then went down into the kitchen. Ruined the ceiling and several lights in our brand new home. Unacceptable. Luckily since it was new construction it is covered, but how does a brand new washer fail that quickly?
