I bought this a few weeks ago and I am very happy with it. The only problem I had was trying to level the tub. I used my level to adjust the feet and it still threw an off balance code after doing so. It seems to be very sensitive to being perfectly level.

My previous washer didn’t have an agitator, so I wasn’t sure if I would like this, but it really cleans the clothes. There are several options, and I especially like the Max Fill with washable rugs and bulky items,

I really like the looks of this washing machine. Plus, it’s easy to use. The tub is a little deep for me as I am short, but it does do a good job cleaning my clothes.

These washer and dryer are nice looking but this does not make up for the trouble I have had since purchasing three years ago. The washer is very loud and has a knocking sound during spin cycle. After the second serve call (the first call they told me nothing was wrong) they told me I needed a new gear box this was four weeks after the first call. Hopefully the warranty will take care of this. I have also had trouble with the dryer and had a service call on it where they found a couple of socks caught down inside on the fan, go figure! Will not purchase another Frigidaire.

My clothes come out super clean & smelling so fresh. The first time I used it I had quite the leak underneath it. The maintenance person from where I bought it came out. He thought he fixed it. I did laundry again & had lots of water coming out from underneath again. They sent maintenance out again to do a part replacement - still leaking. They found where the pipe connects to the pump the glue wasn’t holding a manufacturing defect. They put a silicone sealant on the pipe connecting to the pump. It now seems to be working great!

Bought new house a few months ago . This appliance was included. Works great. Pretty easy to use. No complaints to date.

Love the glass top on this machine. It's quiet, love all the options as far as settings and my clothes come out smelling so amazing I've had no issues at all with this machine it works wonderfully!
