I bought the Washer May 2020, at first the washer only washed with hot water, after numerous service visits, I was told regardless of what temperature setting I pick the wash temperature will be cold, then hot, then cold. Washer still broken, all my clothes wash with ice cold water. Too hard to get manufacturer to honor warranty

The top load is hard to get the clothes out of your short but otherwise it’s a great washer. Very easy to use and to understand.

This is a very good looking washer and does a great job of cleaning my laundry. It has all the settings needed for all types of clothes. It is very quiet as well. I expect this machine to last for many years and do many loads.

I have been trying to get through to the warranty department and havent heard anything regarding my bad washer and dryer. The dryer will not dry and i have to run it through about 4 cycles to get anywhere, yes with a clean filter. The washing machine is tearing itself apart on the inside and occasionally will start making a loud slamming noise and begin bucking out of no where.
