I bought this about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. It's cleans big loads and very thoroughly. Wish I didn't wait so long to upgrade.

I love that there is no water level selector. It literally takes the guess work out of how much water to add. Amazing!

We brought it not long ago and we found the washer works well. Firstly, the capacity is bigger than our previous washer. Secondly, the operation is not noisy and it is easy to operate. Last but not least, the size of the machine is not too large which fits my small laundry room. We made a smart choice.

My 22 year old washer quit spinning properly and was a loyal appliance for many years. So I had to get a new washer. I wanted a top load and found this brand and was a bit intimidated by it at first. I purchased almost a month ago and am very pleased with it now. I hope it lasts a very long time as well. I am short so I need to get on my toes to grab socks from the bottom so might need to find a grabber of some sort of it becomes a problem. So far am very happy of this purchase other than it costing me money when I'm short on funds.

I purchased this washer about a month ago along with the matching dryer. So far, it washes the clothes well, but makes terrible grinding noises during the cycles and also causes loud banging noises when washer is being filled with water. I never had this problem with my 20-year old Kenmore.

Il y a de l’eau qui s’accumule toujours dans la laveuse après quelques jours malgré les conseils du représentant. Sinon, la laveuse fonctionne adequatement.

La machine part l’agitateur à sec pendant 16 rotations avant de faire couler l’eau. Les vêtements s’amassent en paquet d’un côté de la cuve et risquent de d’endommager par cette action à sec. Il semble que c’est ainsi que l’appareil évalue la quantité d’eau requise pour la brassée mais je comprends mal cette fonction et j’aurais préféré un contrôle manuel du niveau comme dans les appareils habituels.

I bought this machine 3 years ago and it has leaked water ever since I bought it when washing on max fill and the repair man cant seem to figure it out. Also, it is the noisiest machine I have ever had. Not impressed!!
