Après seulement 10 mois d'utilisation normale voilà que cette laveuse est défectueuse. Plus de 2 mois plus tard, 2 tentatives de réparations, 4 visites de techniciens , le problème n'est toujours pas réglé.En attente d'une cinquième visite pour un autre changement de pièce!! A suivre..

Si je devais choisir un mot pour décrire cette machine je choisirais ***VIDANGE****,car c'est sa place._x000D_ J'ai cette laveuse depuis 1 ans, et se sera la 3iem fois que je devrai la faire réparer, presque tous les morceaux auront été changés. Sans parler des délais de plusieurs mois entre chaque réparations par manque de pièces. _x000D_ Une laveuse INTALLIGENTE ???? _x000D_ Je n'ai jamais vue quelques chose d'aussi stupide. Pas assez d'eau ca ne lave pas . Nous devons placer le linge sans arrêt car elle dit être débalancée, c'est certain tous les vêtements se ramassent en un mottons. Elle recommence sans cesse le cycle de rinçage quand les vêtements ne sont pas balancés INTELLIGENT CA ??? ECONOMIQUE ???? Bref n'achetez pas cette machine .. Et ne me répondez pas pour des excuses j'en ai eu plus qu'il en fallait a votre service a la clientèle (WILL) qui est aussi fiable et de qualité que votre laveuse... Pour moi la marque Frigidaire fera parti des marques a éviter.

Bought this washer and it keeps filling up and up with water. Had to stop it as the water wouldn’t stop filling in tub. This has happened a couple of times. What’s going on?

I took delivery of this unit on September 19, 2020 and started using the washer on October 15, 2020. The washer is always loaded evenly and the water temperature set at warm. I am the only one who does the laundry in this household and this washer has only done approximately 90 loads of laundry. A load of laundry can take as long as 3 hours, needs constant attention as you are always pausing the load to level out the wet laundry hoping it will finally move on in the setting. This washer uses an abundance of energy, drains the hot water tank and its taking an emotional toll out of me. This is a busy household and we dont have time to “babysit” a washer. Considering the price paid for the washer and the customer service I received from the agent, very very disappointing.

I bought this washer a little over a year ago, continues to have issues with the spin and drain cycles and I have to constantly rearrange my laundry and then it starts again. Now it squeals and knocks - for an appliance that you pay almost $1000 for - probably should last a little longer than 2 years.

Acheté en avril 2021. Toujours eu des problèmes de niveau d’eau et hier la cuve a débordé et eu de l’eau dans le sous-sol. Beau dégât sur mon plancher neuf. Laveuse non recommmandable. La pire que j’ai eu

J’ai acheté cette ensemble laveuse sécheuse en octobre 2021je suis déçu de la laveuse elle est très bruyante et je ne peux pas faire de lavage le soir quand mon conjoint est couché il se couche très tôt se lève à 4 h le matin et moi je travaille de soirée j’ai pas grand temps pour le faire.

Just bought on May 24, 2000 and have only used 4 times. Learned really quickly NOT TO LOAD washer PRIOR to water entering bowl!! Whoever decided that its a great idea to have your dirty, dry clothing being AILGITATED BEFORE WATER ENTERS BOWL should be hung up to dry...no pun intended!! All this does is rip at your clothing and THEN leaves them in a dry bundle, WHICH YOU HAVE TO THEN REARRANGE WHEN water begins and you recieve E1 msg....load unbalanced!!!! Absolutely incredibly idiotic!_x000D_ Now I have wasted over THREE HOURS.....THREE HOURS!!!!! BECAUSE I made the huge mistake of trying to wash my queen comforter!!! Ive have HAD TO CONTINUOUS BATTLE THE WASHER TO ACTUALLY GET TO THE WASH CYCLE AS I CONTINUALLY GET E1 msg when water is loading!!! I have finally given up trying to have my comforter washed. Canceled the wash cycle and have gone straight to drain and spin....now WHY does this washer have no problem draining and spinning with no E1 msgs is flippin beyond me!!!_x000D_ Just spent $1001.00 for a washer bought only 3 days ago and that I want to take to junk yard and smash the thing to pieces!!!!!!!!

Bought all new appliances just over 2 years ago, all of them Frigidaire, washing machine broke down under normal use, the motor is very poorly designed, warranty is only 1 year,

I bought this washer and dryer a year ago and I hate it I threw away a lot of money I bought extended warranty and they are not willing to work with me it does not clean good and have a fiamly with 4 children I was going thur so much Stian remover even for baby drule so would not recommend buying this.
