The cycles are soooo long. The washer agitates about 12 times after you’ve loaded the clothes in to determine how much water it needs. It’s never enough in my books. Some things come out barely wet like they didn’t even get wet. It squeals when it’s filling with hot water. I long for the old machines that actually washed clothes.

I would definitely not buy this washer again. I like to set my own washing cycle and have a full load every time I do a load of wash but this machine agitates 16 times before water starts to fill it. Usually all this does is make the load unbalanced and then I need to unlock the lid and re-shift the clothes. The wash and rinse time is incredibly long. To do a full load, it takes over 2 hours. Too many settings and if you make a mistake and need to change the settings after the machine has already started, well good luck because the only way to reset is to pull the plug out to reboot the washer back to the off position. The clothes come out clean and that is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Basically it’s washes week but the settings and programming stinks.

Overall, I am pleased with the machine. We've had it for a few weeks. It is not used much since there are only two of us. Had to get used to not having a water level setting but it hasn't been an issue so far.

Where do you send this washing machine to get a refund - has not worked well, been patient trying to get it fixed, but slow response and it just won't work properly - it does not have a quick cycle for washing clothes, it takes forever, it kicks the load to one side and throws the machine off balance and back to the previous cycle. Load is placed in machine properly but of no use.

This is the first new machine I have had to buy in at least 15 years. Had hoped for better. I find the machine noisy, especially during the water filling. It continues to bang as the computer trys to measure water and temp. Sounds like my pipes are going to burst. Also find that as it is determining the load size it moves the clothes around and creates an uneven load which sometimes makes the machine shake during spinning. Cus Service tells us these things are normal for these new style machines. Kind of wish I still had my old one. It was a lot quieter. There are some nice feature options though.

Had this machine for a couple of weeks now so far so good...easy to use...does what it states...review should be done a year after purchase not a couple of weeks just my opinion
