They don’t make them like when we were kids. This machine thinks it’s smarter than me. I hate that I have to do tiny loads because there’s not enough water in the tub to clean them. The cycles are too long. The tub itself builds residue that must be cleaned. _x000D_ Most maddening is how it spins and twists and wads the clothes at the start of the cycle before starting to add water. I have to stop and untangle everything. it’s wearing out my clothes. I miss my front loader which is more gentle.

It came with the house and it works really well. It's automatic and all is good until the error codes start appearing. We started getting E4 and the cycle never ended. We ran the Tub Wash cycle to "reset" it.

Works well for one of the HE washing machines. The only thing I don't like is the water level, I end up having to pour one or two pitchers of water on the clothes before starting to get enough water in the tub. For example, I placed a queen size comforter in the tub, didn't add water and the machine put maybe three inches of water in the tub... enough to get maybe 1/10th of the comforter wet. Large loads get done with the fill tub feature, smaller loads get water added to add weight to the load.
