I bought the entire unit in September 2017, its only January 2018. 4 months and the Washer Water Valve has snapped apart, and your contractor with say they can fix it, and we can't even get them to come out and Service. It's a piece of junk, and I'm not happy, this has been one headache and a BIG INCONVENIENCE. A new Washer and Dryer, under warranty and NOT WORKING FOUR months later!

Bought 1 month ago. It stopped draining. Repair guy says sand is in tub and pipe. He was supposed to comeback yesterday. He took it apart, I'm still waiting. If this is new, where did the sand come from?

I got this with the purchase of my home and it is very nice. It holds a lot of clothes. I can also wash all the bulky bedding.

I have had the chance to really use the washer for over a month. I like the features it has. There are just a few things that I do not like. Water is always left in the fabric softener compartment after every wash. Had a repair man come out and look at it and he told me that I needed to either empty after every wash or take a towel and sock it up. What the heck???? Also, washer is VERY LOUD during spin cycle!

My machine is only a month old. The softener dispenser isn't working properly. Called for service and man came but couldn't resolve the issue. I only put a drop of liquid softener (the size of a nickel) and press the Fabric Softener button. When the load is finished, the fabric softener is still in the dispenser and not flushed through. Frustrating!!!
