It washes cloth grate. All cloth gets washed and clean with good washing action. Washing times are a little long, but after using it you find out how to shorting the time.

Just bought the machine and hooked it up. Started the first load of clothes and wham the lid lock fails and i get E3 error code. Now I have a washer full of water and clothes. Thing won't even let you drain the water because of these stupid lid locks. Called the 800 number.. no help at all. Now I have to wait 4 days before anyone will come out to try and fix it. How about if a lid lock fails you program the thing to at least drain the water!!

The builder supplied the appliances in our new home, and unfortunately chose Frigidaire. These appliances are the worst I've ever encountered. They are cheaply made and don't work properly. We've had problems with every one of them - Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer. I will not recommend that anyone buy your brand.

This washer is great for every day clothing and small sheets and blankets. Big bulky blankets cause the machine to error

I brought this washer and within 2 weeks it was leaking and by the 3rd week it would not get pass the spin cycle. Im just glad that i was able to send it back within the 30 days. I will never buy this brand again or from sears.

We purchased this machine on Feb. 1, 2018 and it was installed and delivered on Feb. 5, 2018. I started to have problems with it almost immediately and called your company. Was on hold for 25 minutes but finally got someone who told me to call a repair company that was suggested by your company. He came on Feb. 14 and said he had to order a new part. He came again on Feb. 28 and took the machine apart but found he had the wrong part. Now it's another 2 weeks and no word from repair man. I really dislike this machine. It's supposed to be HE and it won't stop rinsing when I have it on Max Fill. After 6 rinses I had to shut it down, how can 6 rinses be HE. We are trapped in our house when we use this machine as we never know when it will stop rinsing so we have to be around to turn it off. So disappointing and would like you to replace this machine.

I gave this washer 2 stars because of the load capacity. Other than that, i dislike it. However it senses the load capacity is ALMOST ALWAYS inaccurate because it never allows enough water to enter the tub. You have to stand there and watch it the tub fill to see if there is enough water to wash your clothes. I understand that this is a water saving washer, but when there is not enough water to even agitate the clothes correctly, something is wrong. i have seen other reviews and responses from Frigidaire and the problem is not low water supply, or the hose being wrong or anything else other than the machine doesnt sense the load capacity correctly 95% of the time. And the clothes moving against each other to clean is hogwash because some clothes never move and never even get in the water. I have to stand there and watch the tub fill and start to agigate and if the clothes do not move as they should to get clean, I have to turn it off and start it again. Waste of lots of my time. It has good features such as delayed washing but I cannot use that because I never know if the tub will fill adequately to wash the clothes.

Came with house. Cleans everything thoroughly. Runs very quietly.
