I am very disappointed with this washer. When it starts, the spiral agitator spins about 6 times and throws all the clothes to one side! I have to stop, open and readjust the clothes so it is not off balance. Then, most of the time, the water does not fill enough. I have to restart or add water to cover the clothes, towels, blankets, etc. If I do a load of my son's sport clothes with a couple of hoodies they are still very damp and too heavy to put in the dryer. Wish I had picked a different washer!

We bought this machine 3 months ago for my mother-in-law, and liked it so much for the price, we bought one too. Does a comforter with no problem, saves on water as it judges how much is needed for the wash, I think it even cleans better!

I’m happy with the machine so far. I like how it judges the amount of water needed, but cycle times are too long. Is there a way to manually shorten them please?

i bought it dec.27th,delivered jan 3rd,and all ready having major problems,now i have to wait to wash clothes they say it going to take a month to get the part for it.worse customer service i ever had.never again,brand new machine and i cannot use it,or was any clothes.no one would help me,even to replace it with another one,your customer service states under wanttany they replace it,they fix it,well its not fixed.

Only had for 1 month got it With the house I purchased had to level it because the builder didn’t now it’s working pretty good no issues so far very spacious check back with you in six months

I bought this unit the beginning of January 2018. I picked it up at my nearest Sears store and (3) days later, an E3 Code (washer lid) kept popping up on the display. After another day, the washer was completely useless. E3 is all the display would show and the unit would not turn on at all. I got ahold of Electrolux and they said that a repair person couldn't comet o my area for the easy fix. They sent me a brand new unit, had it delivered and the other picked up. Within 2 hours of use, because my laundry had been backed up 3 weeks now, THE SAME EXACT CODE popped up (E3). Since then, we have unplugged it and have used it a few times. My concern is 2 brand new FFTW4120SW washers having the same problem with the lid latch. If it happens again, I will have the company pick it up along with the matching Dryer and get my money back to purchase another brand name. Everything in my hous, (2 washers, 2 Dryers, 2 refrigerators, 1 air conditioner is Frigidaire. I think I'm done with them now though. Very disappointed to say the least. Sincerely...... Richard

I'm not too pleased_x000D_ Its loud_x000D_ It sounds really weird_x000D_ It takes forever to wash a load_x000D_ Now it does get your clothes clean.

We bought this washer for our new home, I love it. I think it's great that it saves water by measuring the load and runs very quietly. The setting selections take out all the guess work. I couldn't be happier!
