We moved into our new home in January and one of our first loads of wash was damaged by this machine. A plastic strip on the top splintered and shredded a throw pillow. It took over 2 months to get the part to repair the washer, and the company will not reimburse for the loss of the pillow.

This washing machine was in a new home that I just purchased. It doesn't allow you to adjust water levels; I think the cycles are extremely long; seems like it runs forever. Also don't care for the lock feature. It has a good capacity. Overall, though, if I had a choice I would not have gotten this particular washing machine.

After losing everything in hurricane Harvey we wanted to purchase a washer that offered all the new upgrades but still offered agitation. We love it!

Love the fact a king size comforter fits in it and comes out clean. _x000D_ The features are incredible and for an HE unit, and being free with my new construction home, I couldn’t beat it.

Bought washer in Nov 2017. Love the wash cycle choices, and the fact that it's an HE and automatically adjusts water level based on clothes detection. Only issue I have is a loud proportionally spaced "POP" that occurs during every spin cycle. Called manufacturer for warranty work, and tech said it was changing gears. That sound is NOT changing gears. It starts the beginning of the spin cycle and continues throughout the spin cycle. No clue what it is. Happens about every 30-45 seconds.
