The appliances were included with the home purchase and so far, I have been very pleased with the washer. I'm glad it has a agitator. I've used machines w/o an agitator, and displeased with the outcome of home clean my laundry was. Please keep the agitator....

Came with the house I bought as part of closing. Brand new. Works great! Fairly quiet although it’s in another room altogether. Does a good job at automatically balencing clothes a bit before it really starts spinning.

This machine has not worked properly from day 1. Got an error message. The local store referred me to the manufacturer. The repair person has come out twice and I am still getting an error message. I was told that one more visit and they will replace the machine...I hope!

We bought our washer about a month ago. Overall we love the washer and would recommend it with the following tip: don’t overfill!!! Although the tub holds a lot, I’ve found that if I fill the tub more than half full, all the clothes don’t even get wet. Therefore, I have to split the load and rewash. Other than that, the washer has a ton of amazing features and wash cycles to suit every need.
