Basic waher for use in new home package. Inner tub is often loose. Washes with minimal water. clothes appear clean

I pick up a new washer from Sears Outlet and my first stop washing displayed code E3. I called customer service and they have been working with me to get this problem fix

WE bought this machine in July. I enjoy it. It is easy to operate. There is only one small problem...I am vertically challenged and I need a step stool to get all the clothes out of the machine. I do like that it does not waste water.
